MURKMEADOW


Murkmeadow is a single-player simulator game, taking place in a rural town where the arrival of massive corporate influence slowly erodes the landscape and livelihood of those within. Designed to teach players about exploitative business practices and late-stage capitalism. The game's ultimate goal is to allow them to make judgements about companies, recognize bad practice, and potentially take action (even through self-advocacy). It emphasizes the value of human empathy and social connection over profit through the narrative and cutscenes.
